Company–wide reports
Organization–wide reports are provided in two forms: full and abridged. The full report contains descriptive information regarding survey results including overall engagement scores, motives, components, individual item rankings, and any past–years’ comparisons. The abridged report contains an overall engagement aggregate as well as individual item rankings. Both reports also provide context to the broader survey as well as VIBE personnel contact information. Neither report includes normative/benchmark information regarding comparisons to other organizations (this comparative information is only included in the client dashboard).
